Bandage King Nail Softener has been made for the topical treatment of  nail infections. The small disc contains urea, an organic chemical compound, which is the most effective substance against any nail infection, as it blocks its spreading. Product features

Urea 40% is indicated for psoriasis, xerosis, onychomycosis, ichthyosis, eczema, keratosis, keratoderma, corns, and calluses. If covered by an occlusive dressing, 40% urea preparations may also be used for nonsurgical debridement of nails. Urea 40% dissolves the intercellular matrix of the nail plate. Only diseased or dystrophic nails are removed, as there is no effect on healthy portions of the nail.

After applying the plaster containing the disc with urea, an improvement in the nail status can be noticed. The defect will stop and the nail will grow back healthy moving forward the damaged part that has to be progressively eliminated with the regular nail cut. It is essential to start the treatment right when the first signs of mycosis are detected, in order to obtain more rapid and effective results.
